Case Study: Rotary Club of Ikoyi Metro – Power of Goodness Video Competition
Client: Rotary Club of Ikoyi Metro, Lagos
Project: Documentary Video Production & Public Image Support
Date: 2025–2026 Rotary Year
Outcome: 3rd Place in Zones 21 & 22 International Power of Goodness Video Competition (Africa, Middle East & Eastern Europe)
The Challenge
The Rotary Club of Ikoyi Metro, under the leadership of Rotarian Engineer Alexander Chukwu, PMP, FNSE, FNIEEE (United President 2025–2026), completed one of its most ambitious service projects: the complete renovation and equipping of Wards C1 and C2 at General Hospital Odan, Lagos Island. The project cost over ₦150 million, fully funded by club members and partners with no support from Rotary International.
While the physical impact was world-class, the club needed compelling storytelling to showcase the project’s scale, community benefit, and Rotary values on a global stage in the Power of Goodness Video Competition.
Iretura’s Solution
Iretura was appointed from the beginning of the presidential year as the club’s official creative media partner, handling photography, videography, and media relations. Working closely with Rotarian Toyin Ojo (Public Image Director), our team, led by Rotarian Victor Ojelabi, developed a complete visual narrative.
