Precious Isogie

Dr. Precious Isogie is a healthcare entrepreneur, community development advocate, and operational strategist with a strong track record in leadership, public engagement, and social impact.

A trained dental surgeon and aesthetic healthcare expert, she brings a unique blend of clinical precision, organisational leadership, and people-focused management to her role as Chief Operating Officer at Iretura.

She is the Founder and Clinical Director of Perfect Aesthetic Clinic, a Lagos-based healthcare practice specialising in general and cosmetic dentistry, wellness services, restorative procedures, and patient-centred care. Since establishing the clinic in 2020, she has led operations with a focus on innovation, excellence, and sustainable growth.

Dr. Precious earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Ivan Horbachevsky Ternopil State Medical University and has served in notable healthcare institutions including 68 Nigerian Army Reference Hospital, Nigerian Police Hospital, and Lagos State University Teaching Hospital.

Beyond healthcare, she is widely recognised for her commitment to humanitarian service and youth development through Rotary International. She has held several leadership positions within Rotary, including Youth Service Coordinator, Disease Prevention Chairman, Mental Health Advocate, and incoming Treasurer of the Rotary Club of Mende Midtown.

Through her non-profit initiative, Perfect Smile Health Initiative, she has coordinated medical outreaches delivering free healthcare services, oral health education, screenings, maternal support, and wellness advocacy to underserved communities across Nigeria.

Her professional affiliations include membership of the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria and the Cosmetic Dentistry Academy of Nigeria.

At Iretura, Dr. Precious oversees operational strategy, stakeholder coordination, project execution, and organisational development, helping drive the company’s mission of impactful storytelling, innovation, and community-centred engagement.
